Professional Disclaimer

These bracelets are handcrafted with a very durable elastic stretch string. We wear our bracelets constantly and have never had any break. Over time, however, the elastic may inevitably stretch or *gasp*, possibly even break. You can prolong the life of the elastic by gently rolling the bracelets on and off and not stretching them any more than is necessary. We can give no guarantee on the lifespan of your bracelet. Please keep away from small children or pets who may be able to choke on beads if your bracelet were to break. If the elastic string does break, please email support@etheric-light.com for assistance.
Our light tools are intended to heal. We do not have medical degrees and nothing on this website should be considered professional medical advise. Use your inner guidance and discernment to seek a treatment that is appropriate for you if you are suffering from a medical problem.
Shipping and Returns

All orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days.
Packages are shipped from within the US with USPS. Worldwide shipping is always available.
We pack our products with the utmost care. As such, we cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS.
International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs.

Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try our best to accurately represent our bracelets through photos and detailed descriptions. Clients understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.
That being said, we want all of our Etheric Light light tools to be loved, and all of our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue and we will do our best to resolve it.
